Glib-Error with RTP Traffic.  I downloaded the recent version in the hope it
was fixed, but still get the same error. 

I see some mentions inprior releases of this same type of error with RTP
traffic.  

I was able to open this with Observer product - but Wireshark is unable to open
the trace. I perfer using Wireshark for my analysis and work but Observer is
what we use for the Giga-xx platform.
