Ideally, either the main USB dissector should be updated to support heuristics
for URB_CONTROL packets, or a switch should be added to en-/disable this
feature (since all CDC_DATA or IMAGE URB_CONTROL packets will be trapped by the
AT Commands dissector, with this patch applied).
