CIS dissection, patch against r37706; it still applies after merging the MMI
patch ;-)

Hello wireshark team,

the attached patch against svn r37706 for the DVB-CI dissector adds dissection
of the Card Information Structure (CIS). It shows the CIS as a list of tuples
without going into the details of each tuple.

The patch can be tested using the dvb-ci_1.pcap capture from the wiki, I attach
it again for your convenience.
