So what happens if you run "tshark -v" or "wireshark -v" from the command line
or do Help -> About in Wireshark? Does it just say it's built "with Python",
or does it report a version number for Python? If it doesn't report a version
number, we probably need to include <Python.h> in epan/epan.c.
