RFC 3315 section 22.18 and RFC 4649 section 2 state that these values are
opaque and should not be parsed.
In reality Wireshark can make an educated guess if the Interface ID is an ASCII
text or not, and present it that way. For the Remote ID it's not so well
educated, hence presents it opaque, as it should.
