updated patch for C12.22 dissector
I've addressed the comments about HAVE_GCRYPT and tvb_get_ptr and have tested.
As for the other comment, I don't know of any other way to code the bit that
looks at tree->parent->parent since the dissector doesn't have control of what
actually gets passed. If there's a more elegant way to address this, I'd like
to know it, since I didn't much like that part of the code either.
