A NetMon 3.4 trace file containing several IPv6/ICMPv6 packets, captured from a
Teredo tunnelling interface

It may be useful to support reading "Type 7" packets from Microsoft Network
Monitor 3.x traces. These are described by NetMon as having a media type ID of
"Tunneling Interfaces" (sic); although they usually contain raw IPv6 packets
from Teredo tunnels, when capturing on Windows Vista/7 machines.

A trace file is attached for reference.
