The attached patch adds conversation tracking to the ICMP dissector as far as
it pertains to ICMP echo requests/replies.  I will attach a capture file that
illustrates the conversation tracking.  I am not checking this in yet to give
folks a chance to have a look at it first.  Plus, as the attached capture file
will demonstrate, not all echo requests/replies are tracked for some as yet
unknown reason.
