I can't think of any good ways to activate the listeners as needed. The
listener in L2CAP could be listening only when there are connections active
since SDP is based on L2CAP but that would not work for the listener in RFCOMM
because SDP runs prior to RFCOMM and therefor it would always be too late in
catching the SDP info.
It seems strange to me that there is a relation between the use of pipes and
tap listeners - why is there such a limitation in tshark?
