AVDTP & L2CAP patch

Build Information:
SVN 35273.

BT L2CAP understands only 1st conversation which is identified by channel ID.
(SCID, DCID), Upper layer packets reuses the same channel ID for several
purposes.Like SDP,AVDTP,AVCTP, etc.

The patch creates BT conversation with channel ID and packet number range.
