I quickly changed the SSL dissector to skip the 10 bytes which are erroneously
seen as DistinguishedName list and then the DistinguishedName list is shown
properly and the ServerHelloDone is also shown.
I'm writing a fix to include the SignatureAndHashAlgorithm list when TLSv1.2 is
used. I hope to finish it this week.
