OK, Wireshark 1.4.2 on 64-bit Windows 7 with WinPcap 4.1.2.
As Jaap mentioned on comment #1, can you elaborate on, "... the network you're
connected to, capture scenario, any reason why 148 packets dropped, etc.
What happened to the network interface, did it get disconnected?" Basically,
please provide as much detailed information as you can.
Can you test again using WinDump from
http://www.winpcap.org/windump/install/default.htm? If you experience the same
problem with another capture tool, then it might indicate a problem with
WinPcap and not with Wireshark necessarily.
