...and it's probably not the mere existence of multiple IDBs with multiple
link-layer types that causes the crash, as I used mergecap to combine an
Ethernet and a radiotap+802.11 capture into a single pcap-ng file which I was
able to read with top-of-trunk Wireshark, at least.
