The APS payload in packet 94 of the attached test file is not properly
decrypted, because of an invalid short-to-extended address mapping collected
from the security header of a transport key command that emerges from a tunnel.

To decrypt the test file, the following key must be entered in the Edit /
Preferences... / Protocols / ZigBee NWK / Pre-configured Keys window, in Normal
Byte Order:

"ZigBeeAlliance09"

Only the first packet in this capture should have an undecrypted payload,
because its extended address is not known until later in the capture.
