Testing on Windows XP SP3 (32-bit) with trunk SVN 35091, the popup window does
not appear off the screen when the filter toolbar placement is set to "Insert
into statusbar"; however, there is no filter editable box visible. Changed the
summary to better reflect the description of the bug now that the originally
reported bug has been fixed.
