Wireshark gets this information from WinPcap, so if the description is wrong,
then it's potentially a WinPcap bug, not a Wireshark bug. I see you were using
WinPcap version 4.1 beta 5. Is it still wrong with the latest version of
WinPcap, 4.1.2 available from http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm?
