You need to pass "-V" to tshark so that it tries to fill in the tree, otherwise
the code that triggers the bug may not be executed. I usually pass "-x" for
good measure.
At any rate the error appears to have been fixed. The capture contains a lot of
RELOAD messages. That combined with null handle error suggests that there was a
handoff bug that was probably fixed by one of the recent RELOAD checkins.
