Thinking about this more, maybe it's good enough to simply document this in the
User's Guide in the customization section:
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html_chunked/ChapterCustomize.html - a gtkrc
subsection of sorts?  After all, there are other gtkrc options that affect the
look & feel of Wireshark beyond just this one.  I'm just thinking that maybe
this really isn't an important enough option to warrant its own preference and
I don't want to unnecessarily complicate/clutter the preferences if we don't
need to.  I don't know, what do others think?
