I had to put your name in ASCII in the copyright section--some compilers don't
like non-ASCII, even in comments.
I also changed it to use the ENC_BIG_ENDIAN and ENC_NA macros (in rev 34931).
Could you add a Wiki page for this protocol? There already seem to be some
good pages on the Internet about it which such a page could link to.
One other thing I noticed: is the sametime_time field something that Wireshark
could display in a human-readable format?
