I looked at the attached files. There *might* be some geometry settings in
your "recent" file that could have caused the problem, but I don't know for
sure.
Can someone more familiar with the GUI settings take a look? I'm not entirely
sure what affect these settings have, particularly those indicated as being
"command line -o usage only" like geometry_status_pane, etc. Maybe it's
possible that the OP passed some bad options to some of those settings and some
sanity-checking of the parameters should be done to disallow those bad
settings?
