I lowered the severity from Major to Normal because the description for Normal
is, "regular issue, some loss of functionality under specific circumstances". 
I think this bug qualifies as Normal since it only applies to those files above
2GB.  I bumped up the importance from Low to Medium.  If you still feel it
deserves a "Major" designation, then feel free to change the severity.
