Sample file containing rrcConnectionRequest message
The supplied LTE-RRC message in the pcap file is contained in a MAC-LTE packet
so you need to enable Protocols->MAC-LTE->"Try Heuristic LTE-MAC over udp
framing". Without the fix an exception is thrown and the PER decoding is
incomplete. Note that there is another exception thrown because of bug 5393 .
