At least with that capture, the chunk covered by the [PDU Size] item removed by
this patch is also covered by the "TCP segment data" item.
I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the [PDU Size] items is - for the
chunks of data that correspond to completely reassembled PDUs, the chunk is
presumably covered by the item for the PDU in question, and for any leftover
data at the end, the chunk is covered by a "TCP segment data" item.
