Running on Linux 2.6.34.1, with libpcap version 0.9.8, with libz 1.2.3.3,
GnuTLS
2.4.2, Gcrypt 1.4.1.

Built using gcc 4.3.2.

(1) If a TCP stream at the end of a capture file is being displayed using
Windows Scaling Graph (e.g. after 1000 secs), the values of the x-axis are the
absolute times of the capture not of the TCP stream. 

(2) If a TCP stream is half-closed, Window-Size is still a matter. So FIN flags
are OK to be taken into account for displaying the Window-Size.
