I'm not sure if this issue has been reported / addressed, but I keep seeing it
with all the versions of Wireshark I had to work with (0.99 +, inc the dev
version I'm running).

Basically, any time the Save File As window is moved (i.e. when I I need to
look at the packets I'd like to filter on) it doesn't refresh the screen behind
it and instead leaves a trail of the Save As window all over the place,
Solitaire style.
I included a screenshot as it'll be a lot easier to show what I'm talking
about.

I have found that the same bug affects the Save / Save As and Merge windows,
though I have not tested for this in all other dialogs.

Of course this can all be a "security enhancement" to allow the user to quickly
scramble the screen, in which case this is not a bug. Or perhaps this is an
easter egg that allows the user to create Escher-like images with ease. :)
