The bug has an "Assigned To" field.  It was (accidentally I guess) set to you
instead of wireshark-bugs.  If you look at the email you got when I changed it
back, it said:

           What    |Removed                     |Added
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
         AssignedTo|wireshark-shoichi@xxxxxxxx  |wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxx
                   |                            |g

It's not a big deal, but it helps keep the core developers in the
loop--especially helpful if you're attaching patches.
