It looks like the packet is incorrect, stating a reception claim count of
1842089. The dissector tries to allocate storage for this before it presents
this number. Therefore it asserts.
The fact that the dissector assert triggers proves that the safety measures
work, so this can't really be seen as a bug, IMHO.
