As mentioned in my initial post, I saw this exact same problem 1.5 to 2 years
prior. So it's not new... it's something which has cropped back in.
The main protocols which affect this (for unknown reasons) are HTTP related.
if HTTP is not intermixed within the protocol layer, this problem goes more or
less unnoticed, but as I said... for unknown (to me) reasons. It was fixed in
the past so your people should know where/what to fix (again!).
