I am working around the issue by enabling real-time display, however, in
previous releases real-time display has caused WS to hang completely,
especially when throwing large amounts of data at it. Disabling real-time
allowed it to keep running without issue. The inability to use the
Capture/Stop mechanism is new to this release.
...brand new symptom
I am RDP'ed to the laptop where WS is currently running with the ring buffer.
A red X "closing file" pop-up is diplayed, but I can even move the window --
the real-time display is still updating, and the latest file is still growing.
It looks like the only way to stop it will be via task manager.
