A possible alternative might be to read the 4 extra bytes of "stuff" in the
pcaprec_nokia_hdr and then stuff them into a new nokia pseudo-header field in
wtap_pseudo_header, that way they would be available to be written back out and
the heuristics wouldn't have to change.
