Change summary, importance & severity to reflect what I think is the consensus
on what the bug is, namely that the "Mark All Displayed Packets (toggle)"
option doesn't behave as expected and that it should be replaced with an option
to "Invert All Displayed Marked/Unmarked Packets" option.
And of course you also need "Mark All Packets" and "Unmark All Packets", but we
might also need "Mark All Displayed Packets" and "Unmark All Displayed Packets.
Hmm, I guess we might also need "Invert All Marked/Unmarked Packets" in
addition to "Invert All Displayed Marked/Unmarked Packets".
