This problem can't possibly be due to a Wireshark bug. I suggest closing this
bug as INVALID.
Jerry, if you're still having problems, you might try some of the suggestions
that Jaap gave, and if upgrading, don't forget to upgrade both WinPcap and
Wireshark to the latest available versions. If after doing all that you're
still having problems, then I would suggest opening up a discussion on one of
the mailing lists or posting a question about it at ask.wireshark.org.
