This has nothing to do with Wireshark, but with the way you use tcpdump.
If you look carefully at the first lines of the details pane you'll see:
Frame xxxx: 1370 bytes on wire (10960 bits), 70 bytes captured (560 bits)
That means you capture only partially what was on the wire.
See the tcpdump manual page for use of snaplength.
