I am getting the followint error when running either "tshark" or "tshark -p":

Capturing on lan900
tshark: Can't install filter (recv_ack: promisc_sap: UNIX error - Not owner).

I am running HPUX 11.31 ia64. I have run this as a reguler user and the
superuser and still have the issue. I also have libpcap 1.1.1 installed. I was
wondering if you could offer some insight to wht I may be missing.
