Choosing 'Show all streams' from the RTP section of the telephony menu,
choosing a stream and clicking 'Analyze' gives the RTP Stream Analysis window
but all the packets have 0.00 in the Delta column, meaning the filtered jitter
is always 0.00. The skew also has 0.00 for all packets. IP BW appears to be
correctly set.
Expected: The delta column should contain the time difference in milliseconds
between the time at which packet n was detected and the time at which packet
n-1 was detected.
Actual: All Delta values are 0.00.
Same in wireshark 1.2.8 and 1.2.9
