The count of displayed packets is off by one during packet capture and
immediately after stopping packet capture.

If I stop the packet capture when 10 packets have been captured and no display
filter in place, the status bar display will show "Packets: 10 Displayed: 9"
even though all 10 packets are clearly visible. The same off-by-one error
occurs when a display filter is in place during packet capture.

After the packet capture has been stopped, the count of displayed packets will
update to the correct value if a display filter is applied, or a display filter
is cleared, or if "Reload" is clicked.

I see the same behavior consistently with the following versions:

1.4.0rc1 32-bit on Windows Vista.

1.4.0rc1 Portable Apps version on Windows Vista.

1.4.0rc1 Portable Apps version on Windows XP Professional.
