Updated gigamon patch
This is an updated patch, still need some cleanup but a lot better than the
first one. Please test.
I rewrote the usage of gmhdr_plfm_str and merged packet-gmhdr.h into
packet-gmhdr.c.
Remaining work:
- Add a proto item with a correctly formated timestamp to use in a custom
column.
- Add packet-gmhdr.h with dissect_gmtrailer prototype.
- Maybe have both "Gigamon Header" and "Gigamon Trailer"?
- Check the while loop to ensure it does not loop forever.
