On Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 with WinPcap 4.1.1,Wireshark is not able to
detect Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card:
\Device\NPF_{07BD944C-5355-4FDC-B9A4-BCC62EE5B6BA}
But if I type it in capture options,it can work. However it still doesn't show
up in interface list so I have to type it in every time.

Dell Wireless 1395 driver version: 4.176.75.21 Microsoft
