It also blindly changes ppc to x86_64, which is wrong - for example, it tries
to build for x86-64 when building for Panther, which isn't going to work, and
it sets some #defines to specify big-endian for x86-64, which also isn't going
to work.
You might also have to tweak some *size* #defines for x86-64, as it's LP64.
