If I collapse the protocol hierarchy, I see that only 0.63% of the packets are
categorized as ISO/IEC 13818-1, but this accounts for 76.55% of the data.

The other packets don't seem to be ISO/IEC 13818-1 packets.  If you apply a
display filter of "mp2t", you get 23 relevant packets.  I don't know what the
other URB_BULK packets are, but I don't think they are mp2t.  Take for example
packets 53, 55, 57, 59, ... Can you confirm?
