I.e., the Makefile is capable of building TShark, and the only reason it fails
to build is that it's built after Wireshark, and the Wireshark build's failure
prevents the TShark build from even being attempted.

That means the right fix is probably to add -lm to the list of libraries with
which Wireshark is built.  I seem to remember at some point in the history of
Ethereal/Wireshark some discussion of libm linking issues, but can't find
anything in my mailbox about it, so I'll go with that.

Revision 33028 makes that change; I'll see whether it should be applied to the
1.0.x and 1.2.x trees as well.
