In order to support analysis of MPEG-2 Transport Stream traffic from devices
such as various USB-T receivers, it may be useful to extend the existing
ISO/IEC 13818-1 dissector to work with the USB dissection functionality.

As ISO/IEC 13818-1 frames have their own magic number/synchronisation code,
there shouldn't be any issues related to co-existence with other protocols
(e.g. PPP) in a USB trace file - even if there are multiple dissectors vying
for an IF_CLASS, to my knowledge.

That said, I'll attach some test cases after I've finished submission.

Thanks in advance.
