packet-ssl.c diff with fixes to clang bugs and some const of variables

Running clang static code analyzer on wireshark code produces ~3400 bugs.
Attached example of (almost all the) fixes to packet-ssl.c .
I can fix several others (and will try to), but there are just too many to
handle and I'm not familiar enough with the code to fix and test the fixes
reliably.
Regretfully, the complete zipped report is 264MB, so I cannot attach it.
