Small capture file showing the problem.
This capture file can be used to test the patch. Without applying the patch,
frames 218, 220 and 222 are not dissected as PPP. With the patch, they are.
Interestingly, if you save all frames except the 1st one to another capture
file and open it, then the PPP dissection works either way because then the
interface class is "Unknown" instead of "Vendor Specific".
