Same here - touching the makefile forces ./configure to be re-run (futhermore I
observed the similar behaviour for the make process of wine-git) - now I'm
wondering whether autogen.sh was necessary to run for me for
manual_addr_resolv_dlg or whether for some reason ./configure wasn't run
although it should be ...
