To some degree ... yes. I have a separate piece of test code which generates
these network packets and have run a variety of data variations against this
new set of Wireshark software. The previous (current?) version of Wireshark
identified the Electromagnetic Emission PDU as being received but there was
nothing there to decode the contents -- that's what I added. Decoding was a
little tricky since the standard allows multiple variable-length records for
this PDU type, so quite a bit of testing was done.
