I looked at converting all the files (and coming up with new names for the ones
already named .txt), but then I started thinking that putting a
".subversion/config" file on the buildbots to force the line endings would be
simpler.
(Doing it only on the buildbots would also mean not uselessly doing unix2dos on
developer's PCs who--for whatever reason--already have the line endings set to
DOS.)
