There are some TLVs in the Wimax NWG specification that are 8-bit bit flags. 
Wireshark does not support the dissection of these types of TLVs (although it
supports 16-bit and 32-bit bit flags).  An example of such a TLV is the
mandatory "Authorization Policy" TLV used in the PreAttachment handshake (an
example is included in capture file wimaxasncp_bitflag8.pcap attached in this
bug report).

The changes are depicted in attachment patch file wimaxasncp_bitflag8.patch and
they parallel the code used to dissect 16-bit and 32-bit bit flags.
