same behavior on 1.2.6 and 1.2.4

Parsing SIP messages within the same TCP Packet report a wrong SIP method being
used for the 2nd SIP message in the packet.

This behavior impact sip stats.


.pcap file available with such kind of SIP TCP packets is available upon
request.
