The attached patch fixes the following things:
- decoding of the TFT when the TFT Operation Code is set to 'Delete existing
TFT'
- decoding of the Packet Filter Direction field
- return the correct IE length in case of decoding error
- raw dump of the parameters list (decoding not supported yet) and fix its sub
tree level
